For the past few weeks, I decided to experiment with some popular functional coffee add-ins to see how they affected my focus, energy, and overall well-being.

First up was MCT oil, a popular choice for those looking to boost their cognitive function. I added a teaspoon to my morning coffee every day for a week and found that I did feel more alert and focused throughout the day.
